Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group to benefit from synergies with its brands and extend its product portfolio and reach 200 million consumers worldwide.

To propel the next stage of growth the company has appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held a variety of roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position was Vice President of Operations and Logistics for the company.

Ferreira is part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not a spend first and then ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and member of the top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. With over 20 years of experience at the helm of a leading beauty brand, Cretu what is a sales leader poised to oversee the company's global operations as well as innovating.

The Avon CEO has been a champion for women around the world and has embraced the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved with numerous campaigns that have promoted positive change for women living in developing countries. One of the most well-known are those that fight violence against women and to promote women's economic empowerment.

In addition to her leadership role at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership positions at several other companies. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe, Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, and General Manager of various regions.

In the last year, she has been acknowledged for her contributions to the company's mission which earned her the title of CEO of the Year, as well as receiving the Management Today Champions of Change award. She has also been recognized as a leader for change in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. He joined the company in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This role will be directly supervised by Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-ranking positions in Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands within the company. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which launched innovative products such as Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he was promoted to a more international role. He served as Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. He was based in New York during this period.

In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales, creating the brand's Latin American strategy, and helping to develop innovative product lines , such as Pro Age.

Additionally, Miguel Fernandez, sales leader previously an executive vice president at Herbalife, will be appointed as the Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in e-commerce, customer management and execution of growth strategies.

Meanwhile, the Neiman Marcus Group is looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
